These Made-to-Order gowns are handcrafted in Europe especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making gowns on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!  

Rush Delivery: Our current production time is 4 - 6 Business Weeks from the time order is accepted and confirmed. We start working on a Rush Order immediately after the order arrives. We will make every attempt to reach you for confirmation prior to placing your Rush order into production. Please check your Text messages, Inbox and Spam folder for an email from us frequently after you place a Rush order. In the event that we cannot reach you, this may delay your Rush order and cause cancellations.

Based on the season, turnaround time may vary. Please email us if you need your gown for a specific date or event.

Should non of our Standard sizes work for you, we can handcraft your dress according to your child's custom measurements. Custom sizes are where we shine best, making your girl's gown fit like a glove and taking away the worry of alterations. Please select Custom from the Size drop down and add all additional information regarding the customization of your order, for example - your child's exact measurements, train or no train, etc. We do require the following measurements: Chest, Waist and Length from Underarm to Hem (where you would like the dress to end). 

If your gown has sleeves, please also include the Bicep circumference, sleeve length from shoulder to wrist and wrist circumference. Use the bellow guide for guidance on how to correctly measure. If you need further help taking the correct measurements, please email us at mielemoda@gmail.com

What does Made-to-Order mean?

It means that all of our dresses listed in this category, whether a standard or custom size, are tailored just for you once you place your order. This means that we don’t have a warehouse full of machine made cookie-cutter dresses. Instead they are all handcrafted by our highly skilled tailors in Europe, then carefully packed and shipped to our studio in the US where we inspect every single stitch before adding the final touches and sending them to their forever homes to be enjoyed by you.  We specialize in designing custom gowns with your exact measurements.

Spot clean only. Use a soft damp cloth and a drop of mild soap to remove any stains. Air dry. Steam when necessary. Do not iron on embellishments or bead work.
